How to make a purchase Currency Security Charging your Credit Card
Making
a purchase couldn't be easier, simply browse through our
catalogue, when you find a product that you wish to buy click on
the 'Add to Basket' button next to the product and the item will
be placed into your shopping basket you can then continue shopping
and add more items to your basket.
Check the contents of
your shopping basket at any time by clicking the 'View Basket'
button at the bottom of the screen. When the contents of your
basket are displayed you have several options. At any time you can
remove a single item by clicking on the 'Remove Item' button. You
can change the quantity of each purchase by altering the number in
the 'Qty' box and then click the 'Update Basket' button. You can
also empty the entire basket by clicking 'Empty Basket'.
When
you have selected all the items that you require click on the 'Go
to Checkout' button on the buy page. You will then be asked to
enter some personal information after which 'Submit Order' will
transfer you to our secure server where we will ask you a few more
questions that are needed to satisfy your order.
All purchases
are made in New Zealand Dollars. Goods and Services Tax (GST)
is automatically included in the displayed price where both purchaser and delivery are within New Zealand.
You can buy
products from this site with the confidence of knowing that we
have incorporated a secure server (128 bit SSL) link that will
encrypt your order information and protect you against credit card
fraud. When you click on the 'Submit Order' button your order will
be transferred to our secure server. Most browsers will display a
lock icon to confirm that you are in a secure area. Credit card details are deleted automatically when the goods are dispatched.
Java
& Cookies
The shopping facility incorporated in this
site utilises both 'Java' and 'cookies' in its operation. If you
are experiencing any problems with items not being added to your
shopping basket, check your browsers settings to ensure that
'Java' is enabled and that it will always accept
'cookies'.
Delivery
You will be advised by e-mail
when the goods have been dispatched. The freight rate included in
your purchase is the rate charged by NZ Post however if a cheaper,
equally fast, means of delivery can be used then the freight
charge will be reduced accordingly. Note that there is a small
packaging charge added to the freight cost.
Please ensure
that the delivery address you have supplied is accurate, as
mistakes will make delivery more difficult. ALWAYS include your
full postcode, daytime telephone number, and contact email
address.
Your Credit Card will
charged immediately prior to the dispatch of goods, not at the
time the order is received. A confirmation e-mail will be sent.
